Cookie Policy
Information about browser storage and the external services used by the portal.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser that help maintain a session or remember a preference. They may be session cookies, linked to your browser session, or persistent cookies with a defined lifetime.
2. The portal's own cookies
Necessary cookies support the features being used and store your choices. Language and analytics cookies are optional and require permission for their respective category:

2.1. Our own analytics
Analytics is operated by PortoBreak, without Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or third-party advertising. Without permission, there are only aggregate page-request counts, without analytics cookies, visitor or session identifiers, or fingerprinting.
With “Usage statistics”, optional cookies allow pseudonymous visitor and session counts, referring domains and permitted campaign parameters, searched dates and guest composition, pages, booking steps and completion. Active time is only estimated. Analytics does not collect free-text searches, personal form contents, payment data, tokens or sensitive URLs, and does not store raw IP addresses or the full User-Agent.
Country is used only when estimated by a trusted proxy; it does not mean nationality. Gender and age ranges are neither inferred nor collected. Automatic cleanup removes events and sessions older than 90 days, aggregates without identifiers older than 180 days, and visitor identifiers after 180 days of inactivity. Cleanup runs periodically while the portal is in use; following portal inactivity, it resumes on the next use. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
3. Payment and external content
Payment opens Stripe's hosted checkout, which has its own cookies and privacy rules. Your choices on this portal do not control cookies in that payment environment. Please read the information provided by Stripe.
External maps use OpenStreetMap images and are loaded only with your permission. These requests may send your IP address, browser information and technical data to the map service, even when no cookies are set. Permission for maps is independent of the language preference.
The Inter fonts and Leaflet library are served by the portal itself, without connections to Google Fonts or unpkg. Property photographs may load from szeroapp.com, a domain used by the portal's operator to serve images; these requests transmit the technical data needed to deliver them.
4. Your choices
On your first visit you can accept optional features, reject them or choose language, external maps and usage statistics separately. All three categories are off until you decide. An older permission without the analytics category does not enable it. Necessary cookies remain active and you can search and book without optional features. You can always change language through portal links without saving a preference.
You can change or withdraw permission at any time using ‘Manage cookies’ in the footer. Disabling preferences deletes the language cookie; disabling maps removes open maps and stops new map requests; disabling statistics deletes analytics cookies and stops new events linked to visitors and sessions. Withdrawal does not undo requests already sent or affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can also view and delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent access to your account or payment steps. If you delete the choice record, or when it expires, the portal asks you to decide again and keeps optional features off until you do.
We do not use third-party advertising. New optional purposes require updated information and choices before they are used.
