The space ********* Important Update for Guests Please be informed that construction work is underway on a building next to the property and is expected to last for a few months. This phase may cause some noise during the day (Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)—only normal construction noise, which should not be disruptive. We are committed to transparency and ensuring a pleasant stay, as reflected in our reviews, and we have been doing our best to support guests during this period. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before booking! The accommodation is equipped with a self-check-in system. Although guests can enter on their own, we are always available via message for anything you might need. Within a 500-meter radius of this apartment, you can find: More than 50 restaurants offering traditional and international food: from typical Portuguese cuisine to Italian, Mexican, Japanese, tapas, burger joints, barbecues, and much more. Supermarkets. Various places to enjoy fantastic breakfasts and brunches. Metro station, buses, trains, taxis, city tours. Monuments: Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, museums, City Hall, São Bento Station, and many others. Nightlife district: the main nightlife area is located about 300 meters away, next to the Clérigos Tower, but you will not be affected by the noise from the area. Netflix is not available. Please note that for short stays (up to 4 nights), we do not usually replace towels. This practice is common in hotels, but in tourist apartments, we follow a different, more sustainable, and eco-friendly policy. The daily changing of towels implies a high consumption of water and energy, with a significant impact on the planet. For stays longer than 4 nights, guests may request a towel replacement, provided the request is made at least one day in advance. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Please respect future guests, as the smell of tobacco is very difficult to remove. Violation of this rule implies a €50 penalty. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. This house is equipped with a 95-liter hot water cylinder. This provides about 15 minutes of consecutive use. After this time, the cylinder refills with cold water and takes about 2 hours to heat the water again. It features one parking space for one vehicle, with a maximum size of 4 meters (length), 1.80m (width), and 2 meters (height). The building has an elevator. Other things to note Check-in time: after 3:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. With many check-ins and check-outs, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean the apartments. Guests must complete an accommodation form through our platform. We will send the access link via message upon booking confirmation. It must be filled out with the identification details of all guests. Check-in is only possible after the form is completed. Please fill it out in advance; this helps our workflow and avoids leaving it until the day of your arrival. Towels and bed sheets are included, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. Also included: hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. Cleaning during your stay is not included. Breakfast and other meals are not included, nor are food items such as cooking oil/olive oil. Netflix is not available. Parties and pets are not allowed.
