The space The accommodation is entirely for your private use: a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette with a table. Cable television is available. The sofa bed is described as suitable for one adult or two children and is available for bookings of 3 or more guests. For bookings of 2 guests, extra sofa-bed linen costs 20 EUR. Please confirm your preferred sleeping arrangements and the permitted occupancy before booking. Comfort and amenities Bed linen, towels, shower gel and toilet paper are included. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is no air conditioning. A heater and fans are provided, but the accommodation may not suit guests who are particularly sensitive to heat. On hotter days, keep the windows and shutters closed when you go out to help keep the interior cool. Netflix is not available. Exploring the area The apartment is opposite a Lidl supermarket. Salgueiros metro station is around a 15-minute walk away. Arrival and departure Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before arrival, you must complete the guest registration form with the identification details of every guest, using the link sent in your booking confirmation. Completing this form is mandatory for check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, to allow for cleaning between stays. Useful information for your stay Cleaning during your stay is not included. Breakfast and other meals are not included. Cooking oil and olive oil are not provided. Free on-street parking is possible, subject to spaces being available. Parking, whether on the street or in car parks, is the driver's responsibility. We can suggest paid or supervised car parks, but we do not control availability or accept responsibility for any incidents. House rules Parties, pets and smoking indoors are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. Smoking incurs a penalty of 50 EUR. Do not throw cigarettes or rubbish out of the windows. Respect the rest of neighbours and other guests.
