Travessa C.3 is a renovated house in an “ilha”, a small housing community typical of Porto. Near Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, it offers a welcoming way to experience the city, with outdoor space to enjoy between outings. The space There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, equipped kitchen, full bathroom and outdoor space. The outdoor area is shared with guests staying in the other houses; it is not a private patio. Comfort and amenities Bed linen, towels, shower gel and toilet paper are included. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. The accommodation has air conditioning and cable TV. Netflix is not available. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. We provide tea towels, napkins, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, herbs, tea, coffee and water. Cooking oil and olive oil are not provided. Breakfast and other meals are not included. Exploring the city Campo 24 de Agosto metro station is a short distance away, and the historic centre is about a 20-minute walk. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and transport links are nearby. We are available by message for questions or special requests. Arrival and departure Check-in is self-service; our team remains available by message if you need help. Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before arrival, you must complete the guest registration form with the identification details of every guest, using the link sent in your booking confirmation. Completing this form is mandatory for check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, to allow enough time for cleaning. Useful information for your stay Cleaning during your stay is not included. For stays of up to 4 nights, towels are not usually changed. For stays longer than 4 nights, you can request a change of towels with at least one day's notice. Hot water is supplied by a 100-litre cylinder, providing around 20 minutes of continuous use. Reheating takes approximately 120 minutes. We recommend leaving time between showers and avoiding prolonged use. Parking, whether on the street or in car parks, is the driver's responsibility. We can suggest paid or supervised car parks, but we do not control availability or accept responsibility for any incidents. House rules Parties and pets are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 and respect the rest of neighbours and other guests. Smoking indoors is prohibited and carries a penalty of 50 EUR. Do not throw cigarettes or rubbish out of the windows. Failure to follow the rules may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.
