Varanda do Loureiro is a two-bedroom apartment in a historic building on Rua do Loureiro, near São Bento station, with a balcony overlooking Clérigos Tower. The space It is on the 4th floor, with no lift. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning; there is cable television and a balcony for relaxing between outings. Soap and shampoo are provided in addition to the basic toiletries. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Tea towels, napkins, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, herbs, coffee, tea and biscuits are provided. Comfort and amenities Bed linen, towels, shower gel and toilet paper are included. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Netflix is not available. Exploring the area The location is convenient for exploring São Bento, the cathedral, Dom Luís I Bridge, Clérigos and the city-centre streets on foot. Restaurants, supermarkets and transport links are nearby; the main nightlife area is around 800 metres away. Arrival and departure Check-in is after 15:00 and by 18:00; check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before arrival, you must complete the guest registration form with the identification details of every guest, using the link in your booking confirmation. This must be completed before check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, to allow for cleaning between stays. Useful information for your stay Cleaning during your stay is not included. For stays of up to 4 nights, towels are not usually changed. For stays longer than 4 nights, you can request a change of towels with at least one day's notice. Breakfast and other meals are not included. Cooking oil and olive oil are not provided. Hot water is supplied by a 100-litre cylinder, providing around 17 minutes of continuous use and taking approximately 2 hours to reheat. We recommend leaving time between showers and avoiding prolonged use. Parking, whether on the street or in car parks, is the driver's responsibility. We can suggest paid or supervised car parks, but we do not control availability or accept responsibility for any incidents. House rules Parties, pets and smoking indoors are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. Smoking incurs a penalty of 50 EUR. Do not throw cigarettes or rubbish out of the windows. Respect the rest of neighbours and other guests. Failure to follow these rules may lead to cancellation of the booking without a refund.
