Lapa City Flat is a welcoming apartment on Rua da Boavista, with a balcony and a convenient location for exploring Porto from the Lapa area. The space It is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and faces the street. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, cable television and dining table, a full bathroom and a kitchenette. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Tea towels, napkins, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, herbs, tea, coffee and water are provided. Comfort and amenities Bed linen, towels, shower gel and toilet paper are included. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is no air conditioning. A heater and fans are provided, but the accommodation may not suit guests who are particularly sensitive to heat. On hotter days, keep the windows and shutters closed when you go out to help keep the interior cool. Netflix is not available. Exploring the area Lapa metro station is around 200 metres away, a 5-minute walk. Praça da República and Rua de Cedofeita are nearby. The nightlife area near Clérigos is approximately 1 km away. Arrival and departure Check-in is self-service; our team remains available by message. Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before arrival, you must complete the guest registration form with the identification details of every guest, using the link sent in your booking confirmation. Completing this form is mandatory for check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, to allow for cleaning between stays. Useful information for your stay Cleaning during your stay is not included. For stays of up to 4 nights, towels are not usually changed. For stays longer than 4 nights, you can request a change of towels with at least one day's notice. Breakfast and other meals are not included. Cooking oil and olive oil are not provided. Hot water is supplied by a 70-litre cylinder, providing around 12 minutes of continuous use and taking approximately 60 minutes to reheat. We recommend leaving time between showers and avoiding prolonged use. Parking, whether on the street or in car parks, is the driver's responsibility. We can suggest paid or supervised car parks, but we do not control availability or accept responsibility for any incidents. House rules Parties, pets and smoking indoors are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. Smoking incurs a penalty of 50 EUR. Do not throw cigarettes or rubbish out of the windows. Respect the rest of neighbours and other guests. Failure to follow these rules may lead to cancellation of the booking without a refund.
